  • Day 1 / Essential Curry Sauce and Aromatic Spices

    Learn how to make the main sauce used as a base in most Indian curries. Explore the aromatic spices, their complex flavours and the way in which they are used in Indian cuisine. Discover how individual spices impart unique flavours to make each dish distinct and how the combination of spices create the perfect curry. Learn the basics and the tricks of the trade from our professional chef as he prepares the three main sauces. Grind and roast the finest spices and prepare your favourite sauce. Round the morning off relaxing on the cool terrace enjoying a delicious lunch including a selection of authentic dishes prepared by our chefs.

    Day 2 / Sensational Indian Starters and Perfect Rice


    Tasty starters are on the menu today as you learn to make crispy bhajis and pakoras and sensationally spiced papads (popadums). Taste each delicious morsel as the day progresses and discover how simple it is to produce professional results. Learn to cook perfect rice and make a tasty rice dish to compliment the starters. Invite your partner or friends along for lunch to share your delicious creations and savour the chef's unique and delicious Goan curry followed by exotic seasonal fruit.

    Day 3 / Authentic Curry and Traditional Indian Breads

    Create an authentic curry with a base sauce made on the first day. Observe the chef as he prepares a range of traditional vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes including tikka marsala and do pyaza. Learn how to cook a delicious home cooked curry packed with flavour and spice. Follow the chef's recipes or be as creative as you wish as you experiment with different exotic spices and flavours. Roll up your sleeves and learn how to make traditional Indian breads including fluffy naan and crispy parartha, the perfect accompaniment to the curry dish. Enjoy a well earned lunch followed by a refreshing cup of chai and still have time to spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool.
